Returns & Shipping back procedure
Securityindia.in Store provides 7-day money back guarantee on all products purchased,
except special order items.
You may return any unopened item in its original packaging,
for a refund (excluding shipping costs). No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned
in perfect condition.
Any shipping charges accrued from the Securityindia.in Store are
not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
The following terms must be met
Return the merchandise to supplier within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise.
You must include all packaging materials.
All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked
The buyer should arrange merchandise return only when it is agreed by both the buyer and the seller. If no agreement could be reached between the two parties, a merchandise return may be made in-consultation with Securityindia.in.
The seller should provide the buyer explicit address, addressee name and telephone number for merchandise shipping back.
The buyer should ship the item to the given address and provide the tracking/docket number, shipping company’s name and website for delivery tracking.
The buyer should send an E-mail to Securityindia.in requesting for the agreed refund when the returned item is properly delivered
Securityindia.in will liaise with supplier to arrange refunding within ten business days after confirming the item has been properly delivered.
